Patty Anderson, CEO
Patty has helped clients create smart and high performing facilities in both the new and existing built environments. Over the past 22 years Patty has helped to design and implement enterprise solutions leveraging new technologies or existing technology to create integrated enterprise management and monitoring platform. One of Patty’s specialties is assessing clients building system infrastructures to determine the path forward to achieve their goals and objectives.  

Jon Sargeant, VP of Technology
Jon has spent over 30+ years in an extensive career focusing on hardware and software building technologies. Jon has developed custom software for integration of disparate building systems before open protocols were developed and has provided clients full turnkey designs for simple building control systems or complex fully integrated facilities and portfolios. Jon leads the technology focus to ensure 3rd party market ready technologies are leveraged to provide clients with solutions that are aligned with their needs.

Together Patty and Jon have provided project solutions that include building system modifications and additions for smart grid, smart building, and metering capabilities; control programming strategies, auto demand response and load/peak control strategies; as well as analytical applications like energy and operations performance monitoring, monitor based commissioning/fault detection diagnosis.

Robert Graper, PE, SE
Since 1992, Robert has provided structural engineering services that have resolved complex challenges in a way that reflects clients’ goals and visions. His leadership in finding structural solutions that respond to unique environments have been applied to projects worldwide, including Lake Washington School District's Rachel Carson and Benjamin Rush Elementary Schools, Central Washington University's Wenatchee Higher Education Building, and numerous US Embassy Campuses. Robert has 27 years of experience and holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas. Robert is an active member in the Structural Engineering Association of Washington and the American Institution of Steel Construction.

Patrick Shannon, RCDD, PMP®, MCSE
With a diverse background as a contractor, owner’s representative, and consultant, Patrick has garnered a unique perspective into telecommunications systems planning, design and deployment. His experience in enterprise environments, legacy systems and evolution of technology as a building’s operating system backbone, utility and marketing tool has served several Washington institutions. Patrick holds several manufacturer and industry recognized certifications.

Erik Stearns, PE, LEED®AP
Erik applies his 22 years of system design in diverse environments to develop viable sustainable options for small- and large-scale projects across several public institutions. Engaged with 2- and 4-year renovation and campus expansion efforts throughout Western Washington, he offers insight into different best practices and approaches to meeting performance expectations.He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University.

Michael Baranick, PE, CEM®, CMVP®
Michael brings forth the perspective of a mechanical engineer and a strong understanding of energy efficiency measures and sustainable approaches. As an energy conservation specialist, he has assisted 15 academic institutions balance big picture objectives with granular detailed analytics, and in many cases secure energy grants and rebates to off-set first cost impacts. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University, and Masters of Business Administration from Seattle University.

Heather Hirst, PE, SE, CPEng, LEED AP
Heather Hirst leads the structural engineering efforts on a wide-variety of project types for higher education, K-12, civic/government, and justice clients throughout the Pacific Northwest and around the world. Her close, cooperative working style ensures that the structural solution is fully integrated with the architecture and is optimized through a thorough understanding of the client's priorities. A licensed structural engineer,Heather is a LEED Accredited Professional with a Masters in Engineering Management from WSU and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Gonzaga University. Currently, Heather serves as Adjunct Professor for Gonzaga's School of Engineering.
